Hello! My name is Pei-Yu Shih, but most people call me Penny. I am a Digital Marketing Management student at Coventry University. The creation of this website is due to one my courses.

The topic of this website, food drying, is a new found interest of mine. I consider myself as a health eater, who tries maintain low intake of food additives. So, my recent liking for dried fruit snacks had me thinking of making dried fruits myself because those sold snacks sometimes contain added sugar, food colourings, or other food additives. After I tried drying fruits, I also found myself trying to dry vegetables.
